Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection

What is Intra Cytoplasmic Sperm Injection?

IVF and Intra Cytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) are the two most popular assisted reproductive technologies we offer at our IVF Center Lahore for achieving successful fertilisation. The main difference between IVF and ICSI lies in the fertilisation process. In IVF, sperm naturally penetrates the egg, while in ICSI, our embryologists directly insert the sperm into the egg under a microscope using fine micromanipulation tools. We recommend ICSI when the sperm cannot penetrate the egg wall. Once fertilisation occurs, our specialists transfer the embryo into the uterus in the same way as IVF. At our IVF Center Lahore, we combine expertise, modern technology, and compassionate care to increase your chances of a healthy pregnancy.
